Due to the recent spike in coronavirus cases in British Columbia, Avalon Recovery Society has made the decision to limit the number of people attending an in-person meeting to five people maximum.

Registration in advance is mandatory. If you haven’t registered you will be asked to wait outside until we can determine capacity for the meeting, and you may not be allocated a spot at the Centre.

Book an in-person meeting space

Watch the video below to learn how to find meeting information and register an in-person space through our website.

You can register your spot anytime before the meeting starts here: https://avalonrecoverysociety.as.me/schedule.php

If you are unable to register online, please call the Centre and they will register your space.

If you cannot attend in person due to capacity limits you are more than welcome to join the meeting by phone or by Zoom. Dial-in details for each meeting are on our website here: https://www.avalonrecoverysociety.org/avalon-recovery-society/what-we-do/meeting-schedule/

Thank you so much for your understanding, patience and co-operation as we make sure that Avalon Women’s Centres are safe for all.

To help keep everyone safe, all in-person attendees must adhere to the following guidelines:

  • If you are feeling ill, you must cancel your reservation and not attend the meeting in person.
  • Contact details must be provided in advance of attending as per British Columbia’s public health guidelines. This information will be kept strictly confidential.
  • There will be mandatory hand sanitizing at the Centres upon entry and exit.
  • Face masks are required. Please bring your own or use a one-time-use disposable
